You should be willing to talk frankly and openly about your problems, which may affect you both physically and emotionally. Anything from acne to athletes foot, from getting a second opinion to sourcing the best treatment, we’d like to hear your story. Applicants must be 18 or over.

In Live from the Clinic Dr Christian Jessen and Dr Dawn Harper, alongside a variety of specialist consultants, will provide successful applicants with a consultation and advice via a webcam from the comfort of your own home.
