The links will take you to the Embarrassing Bodies website, run by Maverick TV (the production company of both TV series), where you will find the relevant application form. If you are interested in both programmes you can fill in the application form for either series and indicate that you would like to be considered for both.

You should be willing to talk frankly and openly about your problems, which may affect you both physically and emotionally. Anything from acne to athletes foot, from getting a second opinion to sourcing the best treatment, we’d like to hear your story. If you are under the age of 18 you’ll need parental permission.

In Live from the Clinic Dr Christian Jessen and Dr Dawn Harper, alongside a variety of specialist consultants, will provide successful applicants with a consultation and advice via a webcam from the comfort of your own home.
